The IRS: "guilty" of recognizing the completely obvious

The IRS was told to look out for political organizations pretending to be charitable organizations. Here's a few hints: 1) groups with the word "party" in their name might be political parties; 2) groups named after famous political acts like the Boston Tea Party might be political parties; 3) groups with the phrase "little league baseball" in their names are probably not political.

Great, the IRS is "guilty" of recognizing the completely obvious.
