Breaking: Ken Cuccinelli admits that universal single payer health insurance would be constitutional.

On MSNBC right now Chuck Todd is interviewing Ken Cuccinelli. Cuccinelli believes that the current health care act (the Affordable Care Act) is unconstitutional, but Cuccinelli conceded that it would be constitutional for the federal government to tax people and then spend that money to provide healthcare: in other words, universal single payer health care.

There you have it ladies and gentlemen: universal single payer is constitutional; Ken Cuccinelli says so. So let's roll up our sleaves and implement universal single payer health care.

Of course it would be constitutional.

There are many profoundly stupid things that are constitutionally permissible.
