Obama's Libya strategy bears fruit

At the cost of some cruise missiles and a single F-15E lost to mechanical failure--and no American casualties--the Obama administration and our European NATO allies have apparently toppled the regime of Muamar Qaddafi.

The next thing we can expect to see is a series of tortured explanations from Republicans why Obama does not deserve credit for his policy, which brought down Qaddafi without a single U.S. casualty at a cost of less than one week's fighting in Iraq.
