Ms. Galvin will have her husband of 24 years, Michael Costanzo, and son Patrick (19) (Ms. Galvin and Mr. Costanzo’s younger son, Kevin, will be in class at CHS), friends, and supporters standing with her at the event.
Kathy Galvin has a distinguished record of public service in elected and appointed offices. Ms. Galvin’s comment on the upcoming announcement:“We’re inviting everyone in Charlottesville to come down to the East end of the Downtown Mall at Noon on Wednesday rain or shine.
