Cain supports Ryan's plan to end Medicare, admits it's a voucher plan

Interesting, Herman Cain has endorsed Paul Ryan's plan to end Medicare while at the same time he conceded that Ryan's plan is in fact based on replacing the current single payer system with a voucher. Even Paul Ryan himself has refused to admit that his plan is a plan to replace Medicare with a voucher worth less than half of what the current system is worth to those who are eligible. While Cain is no doubt trying to demonstrate his conservative bona fides by endorsing Ryan's plan, he may have committed the "Sin of Honesty" by admitting that Ryan's plan effectively would end Medicare by converting it into a voucher system that essentially gives the elderly coupons for healthcare that wouldn't really cover even half the costs of health care.
